Since 2007, Sciens has invested in aviation assets through its joint venture with the Apollo Aviation Group, a specialist manager. Apollo was founded in 2002 to take advantage of the downturn that was then taking place in the commercial aviation market and has since developed into a full service commercial aircraft asset manager, trader and operating lessor. Apollo currently employs 25 people and manages a fleet of over 100 commercial aircraft, mainly Boeing and Airbus.

Sciens conducts its real estate investment activities through Diolkos Real Estate Management S.A. in Europe and Sciens Real Estate Management LLC in the United States. Sciens invests in various types of real estate projects including residential, commercial, retail and industrial.
